QUESTION: I've already deleted cookies and temporary files along with scan disk and defrag, but, nothing helps. From Toluna's conversation with me, I believe she was trying to tell me that my computer is slow thus enabling the dust crop website time to pop into the Toluna website in the address bar. They are intertwined within the address bar. I am just a 75-year old "novice." How would I be able to use a different user profile since the surveys only allow one set of profiles (user bane/login.)
ANSWER: Hi Betty,
Please let me know, which version of windows you are using e.g (Windows Xp, Windows 98, Windows Me).

QUESTION: MS98 VERSION
Answer Hi Betty,
Regarding your issue, please try following steps
Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools>Internet Options>Click on Advanced Tab and then uncheck "Enable third party browser extensions" and click on apply and ok. Try to close all the open browser windows and then check again and incase that does not resolve the issue, please try below mentioned steps.
1. Click "Start," browse to "Settings," and click "Control Panel." Double-click "Add/Remove Programs."
2. Find Internet Explorer 6 on the list of installed programs, and double-click it. Click on "Repair Internet Explorer," and Windows will attempt to repair any files that are damaged. You will need to restart your computer after this. If this fails to resolve the issue, go to next step.
3. Click on start button and click on "Run". This will bring up the "Run" dialog box. In it, type "msinfo32" without the quotation marks, and press "Enter."
4.Click "Tools," and then click "Internet Explorer Repair Tool." Allow the tool to scan and repair the files required by Internet Explorer, and restart your computer after it is finished.
In case you still face the issue, please let me know.
