Question Yes, for a few months I have not been able to access the internet on my laptop. It says I'm connected and that I have full signal, so I called Dell and they told me that some type of Spyware was preventing me from accessing the internet...
Do you think you could help me get back to the internet without using safe mode, or do you know how i can get rid of this spyware?

Regarding your issue, this can be due to windows not getting proper ip address,Corrupt dll files of internet explorer or spyware.Please try following steps and let me know the outcome.
Open My computer and check if you can browse internet by typing the address of any website in the address bar. In case you cannot browse, then try to logon to windows using different user profile and check if you are able to browse.
Please let me know the result and then we can proceed with further troubleshooting.Also please let me know if you can ping websites from command prompt and if you can open websites using ip address.
