Question About 2 months ago Comcast changed their e-mail program to "SmartZone" and now most of my forwarded e-mail containing graphics or photos will not go thru - they are received blank. Most times I have to cut and paste, rather than just click on Forward to get a message to appear in the forwarded e-mail. I have contacted Comcast 3 times, but no solution They admit to "known problems".
I use Internet Explorer, and my operating system is Win XP home edition. Sound like my problem is SmartZone, or in my PC?
Answer The problem could be that some of the file versions necessary to work with your system may have been damaged.
If you do not have the latest version of IE installed, I would do so. It may solve your problem by replacing any incorrect files with the latest versions.
Sometimes other software installed can cause problems.
It could also be that their spam or email filters are causing the problem.
Sometimes it is also due to filters you have set in your virua program.
