Question while i am browsing internet there is a message appiaring saying some genetic error and close the connection.
Answer It's hard to say what the specific problem is. Usually the error will provide information about what program or file it is having a problem with, but without that information I am not sure.
If you do not have the most recent version of IE, try installing it and maybe it will solve the problem.
