why will my internet explorer not load up on my laptop

Hi Robert,

Have to ask, is a firewall program stopping Internet Explorer from opening?

Delete temporary internet files. Go to Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Cleanup, make sure that the "C" drive is selected, click OK, in the next window check Temporary Internet Files, OK.

Reset IE's settings to default.
