Question
My internet is not working and everytime I try to open it i get this message: ['Traceback (most recent call last):\n',' File"c:\\pyagcore\\pyagcore/_init_py", line 3, in <module>\n','import error: No module named shell\n'] Skype still works and i get signal, but the internet nor MSN messanger open up. What do I do?

Answer
Hi Andre,

In case you are using Kiwee toolbar, please remove it from add/remove progmans. In case you are unable to remove it from add/remove programs, please use Windows installer cleanup utility from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301.

After you remove the toolbar, restart the computer in safe boot and delete the following folder if present.

If you are using Microsoft windows Vista, the location is:
C:Program Files (x86)Kiwee Toolbar

In you are using Microsoft Windows Xp, the location is:
C:Program FilesKiwee Toolbar

Please let me know the result.

Thanks and Regards,
Sandeep Handoo
