Question Sandeep-
There are currently 2 other computers running off of our wireless. They both work great, and my computer says it is connected at 54 MBPS with a signal strength of excellent. The only problem is everytime I open my internet explorer browser it says that internet explorer cannot display the webapge. I was just curious if you had any ideas? I have not used this computer in about 6 months. But it still has an activated Norton Antivirus account on it. Thank you so much for your help!

Regarding your issue, please check following.
1. Can you ping any website from command prompt.
Ping www.yahoo.com
2. Check if you can browse the websites using Ip address.
3. Try to disable the firewall and antivitus and check if you can browse any website.
4. Try to login using different user profile and check if you are facing the same issue.
