My Microsoft Internet Explorer is not opening I don't know why?

You most likely have a virus or trojan that seems to be hitting IE. Please do a free online virus check at one of the following:
housecall.trendmicro.com
www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html
www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
security.symantec.com
www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/solutions/activescan/
http://safety.live.com
You will also probably either have to repair IE or Windows. Here is a link to the article at Microsoft:
