my question- i am not able to open internet expelor even when i double-click on in it is not opening what shall i do now

Hi Dragon Chen,

Try running a free virus scan available from one of the following sites:

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

http://www.bitdefender.com/scanner/online/free.html

If that doesn't do the trick, you could repair Internet Explorer. Not knowing which version you have, check out the following:
