Question I had a new cdr drive installed on my puter. it worked fine and then I installed the new aol 10 on my puter. didnt like it so I deleted it.. and I did a system recovery.. now everytime I use the internet explorer to download something it starts to download then after a few minutes it stops.. and I have cable so it shouldnt take but a few minutes to download but it shows up hours and then it dont even complete it.. any suggestions? I cant even download anything cause it dont finish..

Write down exactly anything it finds, then go to: http://www.symantec.com/search/ and do a search for what was found. Symantec usually has a removal tool and/or directions for removing manually. Make sure that you follow the instructions for removal, step by step, especially the part regarding disabling System Restore.
