Microsoft Internet Explorer/failure of Internet connection


hello Sandeep, pleased to meet you?

I have two computers, connected with a Cisco router.
After 2 years of trouble-free service, the Internet Explorer browser is misbehaving.
First, response has become slow on the "master" computer which is the older one.
Second, response has become erratic on the "slave" computer which is the newer one. While working, a message appears "Internet Explorer has stopped working". I click the Cancel button, click several more screens and the browser is working again. But it keeps happening over and over.

Can you help?

Hi Chris,

Regarding your issue, I would suggest you to disable the Third party browser extensions on both the computers using the following steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools and Internet Options.

2. Click on Advanced tab and uncheck "Enable Third Party Browser extension" and click on Apply.

3. Restart Internet explorer and check if you notice any performance improvement.
