When I look at the history in my internet explorer, I can see a folder called 'Computer'. When I click on it, it shows me the list of all documents I have opened, and all music I have listened to and pretty much every folder I have been on, on my computer. How is internet explorer recording what I do?? And how can I make it stop?? :(

I've attached the file, this is what it looks like. "Asturias MIDI is a file I opened on my computer, not a website as it shows ( it pictures Asturias midi as a page with the internet icon on it)

Hi Yasmin.

Sorry for replying so late as I was away.

Regarding your issue, please try the following steps:

1. Right click on Windows start button and select Properties.

2. Uncheck "Store and display recently opened items in the start menu and taskbar".

Let me know how if that helps.
