Generally my favorites stops now and then its offline browsing capacity.Please suggest some remedy and also some free online some thing like "fix favorite problems.

Thanks for asking detailed description of the problem.I work with XP and 98 both,Celoron 1.7 GhZ, ram 256,IE 6. Now and then there are problems. Now a days problems are: computer has become very slow,Particularly outlook express opens very slowly in XP although it works fine in 98 which I use very rarely.Twice suddenly contents of OE were automatically deleted.Offline browsing capacity of IE suddenly stopped working. It was working very well about two months back.I use antivirus, spybot, adware 6 and EasyCleaner ocassionally.

Have you tried reinstalling the internet explorer. I would highly recommend doing that. Download and install the latest IE.

thanks. Once I downloaded from the net but nothing improved. I have also very recently downloaded ie from the CD of the vander.Any how once again I shall try to download the latest ie from the net. I do the downloading without uninstalling the present IE.Whether I should uninstall the present IE and then reinstall the latest verson.? Whether due to uninstalling the IE mails from OE and entries in favorites will be deleted? After downloading IE from the net whenever I tried to download the latest window updates there was failure with a message like key is not valied. Please guide.

It seems that you are using a pirated version of windows on your PC. That will not allow any updates from microsoft. You can Try an alternative browser like netscape navigator. They too perform very brightly and you won't miss the IE. Also it has mail agent like OE.
