Question I was looking for some good advice on what to look for with an ISP. I want to put up a simple web site and I'm curious to know what I should look for and about how much it will cost. Would you have any ideas?

Answer You are not looking for an ISP, you are looking for a web host. There are lots of free web hosts with templates to make building your website easy and free. They place small ads on the site in return for the free website.
Use any search engine and look for 'free web hosting'.
