Microsoft Internet Explorer - address bar

Expert: Frances Rhea - 10/22/2005

Question
Hi. In the address bar in internet explorer (where u type the website) How do you delete all the websites that I typed there? cuz I don't want my kids to see what sites I go to.

Answer
The easiest way is with software. Here are a couple of links:

http://www.isnake.net/smartscrubber.htm

http://www.historyswatter.com/?partner=ZHxdm049&spu=true

http://www.weberaser.com/

Alternately, you can use the arrow button on the address bar. Then use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of addresses found. Use the delete key when one is highlighted to get rid of it. Do not use the mouse for this or it will not work.
