Expert: Lorry - 9/4/2007

i have a problem with the ie browser, i made a site www.regent-mgt.com but if viewed on i.e the links go down ie stretches the right part of it but if viewed on mozilla its ok.so  i wonder what could be the problem, have tried troubleshooting in vain
