thank you for your quick reply.    question id 4141241 was quoted on your email.  unfortunately when i try to put the web address that you quoted which is hhtp;/www.allexperts.com/answerv.asp?question id 4141241. the response i get is that the site cannot be found.  i am stuck.  do i have to put all the above info on or were am i going wrong. thank you

I don't understand what happened. I tried entering the question id number and found nothing also. I have no way of knowing which question it was or what response. Please post the question again. Everything is done automatically through allexperts.com. I tried looking at recent past answers, but was unable to find your name on one of them. Sorry...
