I reinstall ie6 again, and the problem is still there. i want to remove chinese code, and reinstall. How can i do it?  Please help me.

Answer
I'm not sure but you could try clicking View, Encoding and then choose Chinese. It may download again. Here are a couple of articles that may also help:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;221802

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;323916

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;292545

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;274358

You could also go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Select IE and click Unistall. At the next dialog box select Add Components. Find the language pack in the list and it should download it again.

Hope this helps.
