Question
About 5yrs ago, I used MSN. Then I changed my internet server. Now I want to use MSN messenger, but whenever I try with my new internet address, MSN will not allow it to work, saying that there is a conflict with the original address. How do I delete this? I have deleted MSN and them re-downloaded it several times all to no effect!

Answer
Hey Chris, what is the exact error that it is giving you? Does it give you an error code? Is your current account associated with a Microsoft .NET Passport? If you do not know, you can try signing in with your account at http://www.passport.com and if it says your account isn't associated with a Microsoft .NET Passport, you will not be able to sign in to MSN with your account until you sign up for one using that particular e-mail (don't worry, it's free).
