Question
Hi Viksra,
The problem is I click on my email page, I see my page already logged in, and in a second I get kicked off.
I know it’s not the site because I can access my email account with another computer.
I downloaded all updates but it didn’t make a difference.
I uninstalled and reinstalled my security, Norton 360.
I’ve restarted after every time I did something.
I don’t know that much about computers.

Intel R Core 2 CPU
Windows XP
Media center edition
Version 2002
Service pack 3

Any ideas as to what I can try next?
Thank you,
Randy

Answer
Hi Randy,

When you attempt to log in, make sure you are signed out from all other locations. Also, make sure you have cookies enabled. You can enable it in different ways depending on the browser you are using. Chances are it has nothing to do with whether or not you are running Norton, nor does it have anything to do with any of the computer specifications... I am leaning toward the problem being moreso related to you being signed on at multiple locations and forgetting to click the "sign out" button (do that instead of just closing the window).
