Question QUESTION: when i was just about to open a chatbox with the contact, it appear that my msn just closed it like i press the exit button. It was only that 'contact', only that contact that i had clicked and it will closed, pls help me about tis
ANSWER: Hi Chan,
Does this happen all of the time? Does the person have any special symbols in their display name? Try exiting MSN Messenger completely (close it from your task tray too by your system clock) and reopen it and sign in again. This should fix any problems you are having.

QUESTION: this happen sometime before also. But i tried your step many time already also cant be solve. Even i reinstall MSN also cant be helped. No the person does not had any special symbol.
