Question
Alright, what is going on? Im running a windows 98 Me edition. This is hard to find teh right words..I have msn 7.0 and it never caused me any problems untill now. I go to log in, the icon spins around, i have the online icon in the taskbar, but nothing else happens. It says im online, but i cannot see anything but the spining icon which is now frozen in place. Then after waiting a minute, the whole program locks up and i can only shut it down by ctrl+alt+delete. Please help me.

Answer
Hey Kevin. There is a difference between Windows 98, and Windows ME. Windows ME is Windows Millenium Edition... Windows 98 is, well, Windows 98. There is a Windows 98 SE (Second Edition). However, that shouldn't make a difference with the version of MSN you're using. I just wanted to point that out to you. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSN? You can get MSN Messenger 7.0 for Windows here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=e1fcdfbd-bdb1-44e9-b6ee...
