dear sir/ madam,
as per subject i wnt to add 'unread view' in favorites folder, but i don't get unread view in outlook, so pls help me ASAP.

Hello, the options for the different views are under the View menu > Arrange by > Current View and you should have ...

unread messages in this folder - regardless of which folder you have selected.

YOu can add any mail folder to the favorites folder by right clicking on the folder and selecting Add to Favorites.
