Microsoft Outlook - Outlook schedule

Expert: Nancy Janyszeski - 4/12/2009

Question
When I schedule an appointment in Outlook, then look at the schedule, it shows my name, not the name of the person with whom I scheduled the meeting. What am I doing wrong?

Answer
Charles, are you creating a meeting or are you just simply adding calendar items?

If you are adding a new appointment within your calendar whatever you put in the Subject line is what should be showing up in your reminder window and in your calendar.

I would ask also, where are you seeing your name?

Lots of variables that I am not clear on.

Nancy
