Microsoft Outlook - Outlook

Expert: Nancy Janyszeski - 5/8/2009

Question
my icons and print in Office Outlook 2007 suddenly got bigger and I have not been able to change them back to the normal size. The other question is how do a send an e-mail to all my contacts as my e-mail changed, thanks, Danny

Answer
Danny - I believe the resolution may have been changed

Start menu > Control Panel > Click on Classic view (if necessary) Personalization > Display settings.

I would use the BCC field to send an email to all your contacts

Open and email form , click on the Options TAB and select Show BCC...

Then Click on the Bcc... button and from the address book add your names .

You can double click each name to enter it into the Bcc... field or you can select all the names at one time by doing a Control+A and then clicking Bcc...
