Hello

Please help me if possible.

I have just purchased office 2007 professional. I am trying to copy my outlook express emails in to outlook 2007. but not all the messages are getting copied. only some have copied. I do have a lot of emails the size of the e-mail folder is 7.04GB. Could you please let me know how I can take across all of my emails to outlook

Anne, 7GB is a really large file for Outlook to have to work with.

I have never used Outlook express but I am assuming you can export from Express into Outlook from the file menu in a *.pst format and then import into Outlook, again from the file menu.

Once you have your emails into outlook I would review archiving and take advantage of this feature.
