Microsoft Outlook - Microsoft Outlook account type, mail servers

Expert: Nancy Janyszeski - 6/1/2009

Question
Respected Sir!
Using PC at home with wireless network connection, I want to use Microsoft Outlook or Outlook express e-mail services. How can I know what is my account type, incoming/outgoing mail servers? I have hotmail, yahoo, gmail e-mail accounts. None of these works. Can you help me please?

Answer
Hello, you need to ask your Internet Service Provider for this information.  Who ever it is that you pay each month to be on the internet.

If  you have a free account then you need to check with this account and see if you can use Outlook with their service.

Nancy
