Question My wife is retiring and wants to have a copy of the contacts from her computer at work. How do I get these names, addresses, etc. to her home computer with manually copying each one?

Answer Using the Import and Export feature in Outlook, you can create the full backup of outlook contacts.
Click on Start button, go to Program then click on Microsoft Outlook to export the contacts.
To restore contacts. Select File | Import and Export... from the menu in Outlook.
Select Import from another program or file. Click Next.
Highlight Microsoft Excel. Click Next again.
Now use the Browse button to select the backup copy from your backup location.
Make sure Replace duplicates with items imported is selected. Click Next.
Finish the import process with Finish.
