Question
My boss and I cannot receive e-mail from our gas company who we send applications to daily. Our e-mail is through Outlook but the address in through our website domain. I wonder if that is a factor. I spoke to the Gas Company and they don't see why we wouldn't receive their e-mail. I don't think we are missing mail from anyone else. What can I do?

Answer
Kim, you can start by checking your webmail to be sure the emails are coming at all.  Go to the domain who provides your email they all offer webmail.  It appears they may have the address incorrect if only so slightly and it is being missed.  Can they reply to an email that you send?

I would also check your junk and spam folders as well.

But first check your webmail, it will be something like

http://www.webmail.aol.com  or http://www.webmail.gmail.net

Good luck,

Nancy
