Question
Can one have a totally anonymous e-mail?

Stuart

Answer
No not really.  There are levels however.

If you send an email to someone they will see who it is from.
If you are in the BCC field of an email somone else sent, the likely hood of them knowing you received it is remote.  Unless of course, it is checked by an IT person who can view the source.

The subject is more broad than a simple yes or no.

The following may be of interest. How to create and send anonymous emails.  Usually they are redirected.
