Question
is there any way to block any mail id in the outlook 2007

Answer
Hello - I am not aware of a way to BLOCK an email.

You can mark an email as spam using the Junk feature.  You can mark an entire domain as Spam (I would not do that).

You can create a Rule that any email coming from a specific person is permanently deleted so you never see it or know it if was received.

Microsoft offers free tutorials and the following will be helpful.
