Question
I can't change font size when creating an
e-mail, uing outlook express (Windows XP) I had no problem since I have been using this program for some time but all of the sudden I can adjust (change ) font size. When I compose, the font size is stuck on 12pt. No matter how much I try to change it. Everything else having to do with the fonts works OK. I even tried: Tools>Options, selected Compose Tab and selected font size 14pt. and clicked OK. but that did not help. When I try to change fonts size when I'm creating an e-mail it goes back to 12pt. What has happened? How can I fix this problem? Please respond.
                          Thanks ED K.

Answer
Howdy:

Try this as per Microsoft OE HELP...

If you have trouble formatting, make sure HTML formatting is turned on by clicking the Format menu in a new message window and then clicking Rich Text (HTML). A black dot appears by the command when it is selected.
