Question
I got the answer how to prevent ppt files from being opened or edited. But tell me the way so that a person can only see the presentation but cannot copy it on PC.

Answer
I'm not quite sure what you need but there is no certain way to stop a presentation being copied. As you say a modify password may stop it being altered so you could maybe include a copyright statement that could not be removed.

You should be aware that the modify password is easily broken and so not very secure. If the presentation will play in the viewer (ie no vba) then you can package as an exe file. How to do this is beyond the scope of answers here but if you Google for Indezine powerpoint exe you should find an article by my friend Geetesh.
