Microsoft PowerPoint/PowerPoint in web browser

Question
Is there any way to have a PowerPoint presentation automatically play when a web browser is opened?  I would like to keep the PowerPoint in the same format (.ppt or .pps) and not convert it to flash so that it can easily be edited with users who have permissions.

Answer
As far as I know, there is no way to make it. But I have a suggestion: convert the presentation to video or flash, and set a password to your presentation, and provide the download link of the original file to permitted users. You can try Wondershare PPT to Video to make it. it is available at http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com
