Microsoft PowerPoint - Power Point e-mail

Expert: Jeffson - 10/24/2009

Question
My music file is too large to e-mail with my power point. How can I compress it. It is already WAV.

Any suggestions?

Answer
Hi Jo,

If the PowerPoint presentation is too big in file size, it will be too difficult to Email. You can try this software(http://www.sameshow.com/powerpoint-to-flash.html) to convert for high-quality PowerPoint to Flash conversion. The PowerPoint presentation file will be reduce to 90% of its original file size, it is ideal for attaching to Email.

I think you can read this tutorial for more details email PowerPoint:

Hope it helps!
