Microsoft PowerPoint - PowerPoint, video and audio

Question
I have a ppt created that has video and music, but when I copy it to a CD-RW, I don't get either one with it.  I tried to copy the music and video separate, but not enough room on the disk.  How can I make this into one file so that everything is there when I copy to a CD or DVD

Answer
Hello Melodie,

The feature of "package for CD" in PowerPoint has some limitations, especially when copy video, music and hyperlinks in PowerPoint to CD or DVD. You will find that all these files and hyperlinks vanished after package.

Generally, there is a solution for you. But this solution doesn't work sometime, you could have a try. Please put the video, music and other inserted file to your PowerPoint presentation in a same folder, re-insert these files, and then copy your presentation to CD or DVD.

If the solution doesn't work, please use some PowerPoint to DVD tools to transfer your presentation to DVD. As far as I know, Wondershare PPT2DVD is the leading PowerPoint to DVD tools, you could go to its official website for informatiion at:

Hope this really helps you.

Best wishes.
