Question I am trying to e-mail a simple presentation with some music. The audio file is a wave file that I inserted as an object by 'creating new' and I tried 'create from file'. With a normal sound insert, I can go to 'custom animation' and edit the sound in terms of starting automatically, when to start, to continue throughout all the slides, and to even hide the icon. But when I try to embed the file into the presentation, I can't do anything to it and it doesn't want to play the music when I 'view show'... PLS PLS PLS help me out. I'm sure it can't be this difficult but I'm pulling my hair out at the moment and I need to get this e-mail out asap.

Answer If you want to embed wave file into PowerPoint, you have to metion the file size of the audio file.
1, The file size should not be larger than 50000KB
2, The max file size is 100KB by default. But if the wave file you'd like to embed is larger than 100KB, you should reset the max file size option.
how to reset max sound file size:
insert audio file -> click on the audio icon -> click on Options tab ->Sound options -> Max Sound File Size - change the value from 100 to 50000
