Microsoft PowerPoint - Picture effects influence on resolution

Question
Hi
I use PPT 2007 on Windows.
I insert pictures in high resolution to a page.
Then I give it some kind of picture effect (this is true to almost all the picture. effects of ppt 2007).
After I give the effect, the picture seems to loose its high resolution, and to become blurred.
How can I prevent this phenomenon?

Answer
It is a little out of my expertise.
My advice is not to use that kind of effects which caused the blurred problem.
You may use some other kind of photo editing software to add effects and then add it to your presentation. Here below is a online tool.
