Question QUESTION: Hello Zell,
In the past I have been able to do this however since it has been a few yrs have forgotten how.
I have Microsoft Power Point 2007 (or 2008?) and when inserting a coloured line drawing into the format, how do I change ALL the colours (lines) to black?
In the past I remembered pulling up a box that identifies all the colours I have on the sheet and I merely choose "black" (or whatever colour) to re-colour image on my page.
Thank you for your assistance
Best
Susan
ANSWER: Hi Susan,
I hope that you do have PowerPoint 2007 like me.
To change the color of all the lines in your slides, please go to:
Design->>click Colors in the theme group->>click Create new Theme Colors.
Then change the color of Accent1 or the proper one in your case.
Done.
Hope it helps.
All the best.

QUESTION: Thank you Zell as I do appreciate the advice; however did not work (or I did something incorrectly).
In following the steps, I was able to change colours and make a new "custom" set of colours, but it never referenced my existing drawing for change regarding the colours that are there (yes, I did select my drawing). I do know it should be capable as I have completed this exercise with PPT in the past with older version (I do have 2007)
I also looked into "Format" and chose "recolour". However this does not allow me to reselect my colours...
Problem with the attachment (it is a floor plan from AutoCAD) is that the yellow lines are lost (barely noticeable) which is why I want to turn all colours to black. As shared this process was doable in the past.. just can't figure out how to complete with today's version.
Any suggestions?
Thank you
Susan
Answer The way I told me in my last reply is to change the color you use the Insert feature of Office 2007 and draw with it.
It will not change the color you past with another attachment.
I think it is the reason.
Hence, I am afraid that you need to insert new lines to draw again along the frames of your CAD demo.
