Microsoft PowerPoint - Make PP DVD for TV (not Computer)

Expert: Zell Hunter - 8/2/2009

Question
Hi Zell  -  I have some Power Point Slide presentations (vacation Trips) with animation not only slide to slide but within the slide with shapes (people "talking")Music Titles ETC> I would like to make this available to others on the trip using a DVD format to play on their TV at home. As it is now it (DVD) only plays on a computer.

Answer
Hi Adam,

There are different ways to save your PowerPoint to DVD depending on your requirements.

If you do not care about the missing animations and transitions, you can use a free way to do it.
Save your PowerPoint to pictures and then edit them in Windows Moive Maker again.

If you want to save all the animations with the music synchronically, you can choose to use some PowerPoint to Video or PowerPoint to DVD converter directly.

If you have Mac, it is different too.

For more details, there is a detailed tutorial guide for you. You can find it when you google "PowerPoint to DVD".
