Question I did put some music in my slides and saved my presentation but when i moved it from my laptop to open on another computer the music inside the presentation didn't work. My question is : should I also move the music that i chose in this presentation to be able to work it correctly or there is another trick to do?
Answer Hello sousou,
It is because the music is linked to your PowerPoint presentation, when you play the presentation to other computers, the linked music will not be shown.
You can do as following:
1. Put the presentation and all the music and other inserted files to a same folder.
2. Reinsert these files to your PowerPoint presentation. After you do this work, send the folder to other computers. Then the music can be shown.
If there are many files to reinsert, the work will be a little hard.
You could try to convert your presentation to Flash to embed the music. The music will be embedded in Flash presentation, and then you can show the Flash on other computer.
