Question I am really frustrated. I am trying to copy a presentation to a CD but I keep getting an error message. Just as it appears that it is almost finished putting the presentation on the CD or DVD (I've tried both) it says "can't copy to CD program may be in use by another program." It still does this when PowerPoint is the only program open. Please heeeellllllpppppppp! Thank you for your time and consideration on this issue. :o)
Answer Try choosing the Copy to Folder option within the Package for CD dialog box -- and then burn the contents of the folder to a CD on your own using your regular burning application.
