Question
I am really frustrated. I am trying to copy a presentation to a CD but I keep getting an error message. Just as it appears that it is almost finished putting the presentation on the CD or DVD (I've tried both) it says "can't copy to CD program may be in use by another program." It still does this when PowerPoint is the only program open. Please heeeellllllpppppppp! Thank you for your time and consideration on this issue. :o)

Answer
1, restart your computer, make sure that no other program that hook CD/DVD writer or powerpoint.
2, try an alternative way to burn powerpoint to DVD for viewing on TV, use this tool: http://www.flv-flash-converter.com/powerpoint-converter/moyea-ppt-to-dvd.html
