Microsoft PowerPoint - Slide transitions

Question
Hi Jefferson,
I can't seem to find a solution to this problem anywhere on the Internet. I'm hoping you can help. I've created a PowerPoint slide show that uses sound that plays automatically as each slide is automatically presented. The trouble is that when I create a navigation button to go back to the "Previous" slide, the results are baffling. Yes it does go to the previous slide but that's about it! No sound! And the slide does not play at all! It just sits there, and does not automatically go to the next slide. The whole presentation stops dead in its tracks. If I then try to press a navigation button that will take me to the next slide, that one stops too! No sound! No advancement to next slide! So I created a button that will play the sound when clicked. So what! That's all that happens. The presentation does not automatically continue.
Got any ideas or solutions? If not, please expose this problems to others you know who may be in a position to help.
Thanks,
Sas

Answer
Hi,Sas
You can do steps for setting up the effect of the sound as follow:
1. Click animations tab, then click the custom animation, you can see a pop-up window.
2. Click the sound file that you want to set, Click the drop down arrow of the music item you just added from the Custom Animation list and select Effect Options.
3. A window named Play Sound displays. Select After and then set the total number of slides. Now when you select OK and exit the custom animation box, your sound will continue to play.

Hope it helps!
