Answer
Hi Na'el,

Do you want to use the same sound file in another presentation? Did you try copying and pasting the sound file. Right click on the sound icon and click copy. Open up the new powerpoint and right click on the 1st slide and click paste.

If you have the sound file saved to your computer then follow these steps in PPT:

1. Click tools>>options
2. On the general tab you will see 'link files greater than  __ kb. Type in 50,000kb
Click ok
3. Click insert>>Movies and sounds>>Sound from file.
4. Locate the sound file on your computer
click ok

If you have any trouble embedding the sound you can send me the powerpoint.

Thanks,

Mike
