I am trying to outline yellow text with blue, but I really don't know if I can do this on Microsoft Publisher 2003.

Answer Hi Emilie,
You can outline the text if you create the text in Word Art. You cannot do it as regular font.
(1) Open the word art gallery
(2) Select the very first box
(3) Type in the text you want, hit okay
(4) Open the word art tool bar and select the icon with a paint brush and bucket
(5) Choose your fill color and choose you line color and hit okay.
