Microsoft Publisher - Publisher 2003 Landscape

Expert: Dawn Douglas - 12/5/2008

Question
Hello, could you tell me how i make a single page within a 38 page portrait publisher document to be viewed in landscape as you "read" the document - without having to make the whole document landscape. Thanks

Answer
Hi Roy,

That's an interesting dilemma. I had to think about that one. Here's one suggestion.

Take the landscape page out of the document you want to print as portrait and put in in a separate document.

Print the portrait document and the landscape document as a PDF file, then insert the landscape PDF into the portrait PDF and save as one new document.

That is one way to take care of your problem. Within Publisher either hte whole document is going to be portrait or landscape. Unfortunately that's a limitation of the program.

Hope that helps.

Very Respectfully,

Dawn
