Question I'm trying to print out a booklet i created in publisher. It has two pages on each 8.5-11 page, landscape. i.e. when you look at a piece of letter size paper horizontally, there is a page on the left and a page on the right. There also are pages on the back.
i have a printer that prints two-sided documents. But every time i try to print the booklet, the printer does not print the pages sequentially. I went into page setup, and it is set on "booklet." but under the "advanced" settings it shows "page order" as "4,1,2,3..." and i have no options anywhere to change the page order. When i'm looking at the booklet, the pages are sequential and correct. but as it is printing, it is changing the order of the pages and i am unable to make a booklet out of what is printed. HELP???
Answer Hi Angie,
I know how frustrated you are it's happened to me more times that I can count. Unfortunately, without actually seeing the file and how it's set up, I can't really identify why you're having the problem. I will be happy to take a look at it. You can email me the file at rejavanation@cox.net.
I will try to set up the proper settings for booklet printing so it can do what you want it to do and I will explain to you the settings I changed so you can know how to set your booklets up in the future. There are just so many different variables that could affect how the printing.
