Subject: Printing Envelope

Question
When I printed an envelope - the date and time printed on the envelope using - Tools, Letters and Mailings, Envelopes and Labels.  The date and time are printing on the right bottom corner on the front of the envelope

Why / How can I stop this?

Answer
Paul, you need to put a full sheet of paper in the printer and then put an envelope over this printout.

See where it should be printing, should you have your page setup to landscape or portrait.  Have you chosen the correct envelope size?

From the Print window dialog box in the lower right hand corner (this is where it is on my machine)
Scale to paper size:  observe the options, should it be monarch.

You didn't mention the size of the envelope and whether it was a custom size.

You will need to experiment a bit, and the setting in the end may not make sense or be what y ou expected.

Nancy
