Question
Is there a way I can switch uppercase to lowercase in MS Word?  I have an ingredient list and it is all in caps.  I want to switch it to lowecase without retyping as it is ver technical.  Please advise - thanks!

Answer
In Word 2007, just below the front size box on the Home ribbon, is a button that changes the case for you.

In lesser versions, it's under Format-->Change case.

In any version, you must first select the text. To select ALL your text, you can hit Ctrl+A (select all).

I hope this helps!
